Q1: When will my order be shipped?

  • Most GreenLime orders are shipped within 1-3 days.

Q2: How long does it take for my order to arrive?

  • Most of our orders processed and shipped within 10-20 business days. 
  • In exceptional cases (less than 5% of orders), processing orders and shipping could take longer.
  • We suggest you contact us, if you do not receive your goods after 45 calendar days.

Q3: I have ordered several products, but only one has arrived; why?

  • In exceptional cases, due to high demand, we will use additional suppliers who may not have warehouses near by our customers. This will result in order processing delay and separation. 
  • Although, we send different packages, the shipping costs for our customers will always be FREE of charge.

Q4: Is it possible to track delivery?

  • Yes, once the goods have been shipped, you will receive a shipping link by email.

Q5: The order/goods sizes do not fit, is it possible to change it?

  • Of course. Please return the item, in accordance with our return policy.
  • In the case of a free exchange, please attach a note indicating that it is an exchange, along with your order number and the desired size or variant.

Q6: How can I return the ordered item?
